Job description

Role Summary
Leads enterprise EHS governance with primary ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS) and implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 programs. Focused on standardization, compliance, and scalable program execution across sites. This is not a systems administrator role.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Ownership
  • Own and administer EHS LMS
  • Manage training matrices, curricula, and compliance tracking
  • Ensure regulatory and ISO-aligned training
  • Maintain audit-ready records and reporting

ISO 45001 / 14001 Leadership
  • Lead enterprise ISO implementation and sustainment
  • Develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Coordinate audits and management reviews
  • Drive corrective action closure and site adoption

Governance & Standardization
  • Establish document control and program ownership models
  • Align training, procedures, and ISO requirements
  • Provide governance for contractor safety, risk, and reporting programs

Qualifications
  • 2+ years EHS LMS administration
  • Experience implementing ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 at scale
  • Strong knowledge of training compliance and audit processes
  • Experience with EHS systems (Intelex, Enablon, etc.)

Bonus or Equity

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 88,205.00 - 147,315.00
