As we continue to grow, training and development are critical to our success. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to help drive consistency, accountability, and excellence across all locations.


The Role

This position will be based in Panama City, FL, with regular travel to Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, and occasional travel to Tallahassee and Foley, AL.

You'll play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and supporting training initiatives across the company while partnering closely with leadership and the Training Manager.


What You'll Do
  • Build, manage, and maintain training tracking systems and records
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions across multiple locations
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed
  • Partner with the Training Manager to develop and improve training programs
  • Ensure completion and compliance of required training for all team members
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and expectations company-wide
  • Track progress, report on training effectiveness, and identify gaps
  • Support onboarding training coordination for new hires
  • Assist with logistics (materials, locations, travel coordination, etc.)
  • Maintain organization of training resources, documentation, and LMS systems
