Job Summary
As an Business Development Representative (BDR) at Steri-Clean, you will spend your time expanding our client base and referral network. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with property mangers, restoration contractors, inusrance adjusters, and law enforcement agencies.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills who can navigate sensitive industries with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and representing the Steri-Clean brand with integrity.
Business Development Responsibilities 
  • Identify, target, and develop new business relationships with referral partners including insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, restoration companies, hospitals, hospices, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote Steri-Clean’s services and build brand awareness.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of referral accounts through consistent follow-up, relationship maintenance, and exceptional service advocacy.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into active accounts.
