This role combines personal training, member engagement, sales, and business development. You'll coach clients, build lasting relationships, grow the personal training program, and help increase membership through exceptional service and strong lead conversion. This is a part-time opportunity with significant potential to advance into a full-time leadership position for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions
  • Design and deliver customized personal training programs based on each client's goals and abilities
  • Educate members on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Build strong relationships with members to improve engagement, retention, and client success
  • Actively sell personal training programs and confidently convert leads into long-term clients

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn all Anytime Fitness systems, procedures, and operations
  • A proactive mindset that focuses on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not just an employee. You take initiative, embrace challenges, and enjoy building both people and businesses. You're motivated by results, passionate about helping others succeed, and understand that outstanding member experiences drive long-term business growth.
If you're excited to combine coaching, sales, leadership, and business development in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation: Based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
