Job Overview:

Pay Range: $32.00hr - $37.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor degree or Associates degree with 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent total work experience.
  • Thorough business process understanding of training and learning processes.
  • Strong consulting skills, including outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to independently resolve a variety of routine and complex issues.
  • Ability to identify, drive, and/or participate in implementing process improvement activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities, while maintaining composure and flexibility.
  • Highly skilled in technology/systems required of the position i.e. ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Learning Experience Platform, Google Suite, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for Training & Enablement system administrative needs and requests.
  • Collaborate effectively with Training & Development Stakeholders such as Managers, Trainers, field personnel, and customers.
  • Consult on all topics associated with processes, operations, and execution of training requests.
  • Partner with colleagues/stakeholders for additional guidance on operational support, standards, issue resolution and escalation.
  • Follow and promote best practice approaches that drive compliance and role requirements.
  • Communicate process improvement opportunities aligned to the Training & Development strategy.
  • Handle diverse and complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of many factors.
  • Exercise judgment in evaluating methods and determine criteria for obtaining solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the processes and systems required within the role.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.
  • Process requests for users/customers with a focus on systems.
  • Send personalized messages and manage CRM, LMS and LXP source system data to ensure accuracy.
  • Process enrollment and training assignments in LMS/LXP as requested.
  • Provide on-going learner support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, and progress monitoring.
  • Provide information, data and/or analysis ensuring a high level of customer service to learners and stakeholders.
  • Achieve quality objectives through daily actions.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or other Learning Management System.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and/or Google Suite.
  • Experience with LMS platforms preferred.
