Drury Hotels' Manager in Training (MIT) program is an intensive 14-week experience designed for recent college graduates who want to launch a career in hospitality management. This is your chance to join a family-owned company with more than 150 hotels in 30 states-and start building your future.
What You'll Do:
  • Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels
  • Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
  • Rotate through all areas of hotel operations- housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, administration, and more
  • Transition into management responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty

Upon successful completion, you'll be ready for a supervisory or management role tailored to your strengths.
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
  • 100% relocatable after program completion
  • Nine months of prior work experience (hotel or restaurant preferred)
  • Leadership experience (work or classroom)
