What You'll Do:
  • Support the CNA Program Director in the professional development and oversight of nursing staff, including the training, supervision, and testing
  • Coordinate with state testing agencies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure ongoing staff education through in-service training and orientation
  • Oversee infection prevention, monitoring the quality of resident care, ensuring residents' rights are upheld
  • Participate in care planning and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Promote interdepartmental collaboration, participating in survey processes, and contributing to policy development

What You'll Need:
  • An active RN license in the state of IN or KY
  • Nursing Degree or completion of nursing program
  • Long-Term Care experience
