Job Title: Associate Technical Trainer (Telecom/Data Center)
Location: Indianapolis, IN/ Columbus, OH
Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $32/ - $35/hr. on W2
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical training (75%+ time in instruction)
  • Conduct labs, lectures, and assessments
  • Support onboarding and training programs
  • Track trainee performance and generate reports
  • Assist in training material development
