The Opportunity
This position works out of our Westfield, IN, location in the Structural Heart division.
Main Purpose of Role
Develops, implements, and supports training systems and programs to ensure Competency and compliance. Identifies training gaps, improves processes, and supports quality systems while working on moderately complex assignments with increasing independence.
What You'll Work On
  • Develop and implement training systems and programs
  • Maintains and enhances quality systems by identifying process issues and supporting resolution using data and feedback.
  • Designs and optimizes enterprise-level training matrices and competency frameworks
  • Develop advanced training materials (manuals, e-learning, videos)
  • Create and update Training material and training Manual
  • Provides and proctors training sessions for individuals and groups
  • Mentor and coach team members and support group
  • Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and policies per training procedures; train and coach others in GDP
  • Lead training-related projects from concept to completion
  • Establish project timelines, priorities, and implement them
  • Prioritize tasks with minimal to no direction
  • Lead audit readiness activities and compliance initiatives
  • Creates and runs LMS and viewpoint reports, support Audit
  • Develops advanced reports, analytics, and dashboards for decision-making
  • Troubleshoot complex training system issues and fix.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and Engineering
  • Provide timely and courteous communication in response to supporting department and co-worker requests and concerns
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes
  • Track hiring and onboarding metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide Instructor Led course class (eLHR, Measurement tools, line clearance, data integrity, Train the Trainer)

2nd Shift
Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years
  • Led development of training systems, delivered training, ensured compliance and audit readiness, managed LMS reporting and analytics, resolved system issues, led projects, and supported onboarding while collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing work independently.
  • Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills - Experience with LMS and training development tools - Strong project management and leadership skills
