Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Towing and Roadside Service Operators to join our platform. You will join a dynamic business network supported by RidenRoll, where businesses collaborate on experiences, marketing, and user engagement. We provide a seamless platform that enhances efficiency, maximizes profitability, and ensures top-notch customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our platform to optimize routes, manage schedules, and track performance.
  • Operate and manage transportation services effectively.
  • Ensure timely delivery and exceptional service quality.
  • Respond promptly to dispatch calls.
  • Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment and transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Provide roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, assist customers in understanding the towing process, handle their concerns professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain the tow truck to ensure it is in safe and operational condition and complete all required paperwork accurately,
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a fleet manager, operator, or related role in the transportation industry.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment, excellent driving skills with a clean driving record, a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations, and certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred).
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles, ability to work in various weather conditions and at different times of the day or night.
  • Must own and maintain a reliable and fully operational tow truck, ideally less than ten (10) years old.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide high-quality customer service, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Insurance & Compliance:
Your company must maintain its business license, commercial general liability of $1 million, workers' compensation of $1 million, and a million-dollar auto insurance policy for each occurrence limit and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
