Join Our Team as an Overnight Dispatcher at Jerry's Towing!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Overnight Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Dispatch tow trucks to assist stranded motorists
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrival at service locations
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and dispatch activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all callers
Qualifications:
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
