We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and safety, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to perform automotive diagnostics, ensuring that vehicles are handled with care and expertise.
Duties
  • Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Perform vehicle loading and unloading with precision, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
  • Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle issues and towing needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular inspections of the tow truck for safety compliance.
  • Assist in the training of new drivers on proper towing techniques and safety protocols.
  • Handle manual transmission vehicles with proficiency.
Qualifications
