Our drivers are responsible for efficiently and effectively completing calls for a wide variety of clients. Daily, we deal with the local police municipalities, accounts, and everyday customers. Our drivers are the first face that customers see, and we expect them to leave our customers with a great experience. Our drivers are expected to thoroughly complete their job in a timely manner, while also taking care of the customers vehicle to the best of their ability. We ask that you have a clean background, good driving record, and a valid ID.

Main Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service on every call.

· The ability to complete a call in a timely manner while also making sure that the vehicle is properly hooked up.

· The ability to drive a company vehicle safely on both the highway and backroads.

· The ability to communicate and work closely with the dispatchers.

· The ability to perform a truck inspection daily and identify any truck issues that have occurred and notify management immediately.

· The ability to follow all safety rules, both company and DOT regulations.

· The ability to use company iPads and body cams to perform your job.

· The ability to understand situations and have knowledge of the conditions (both road and weather related) when completing a job.

· Assist in training new employees to the best of your knowledge.

· Other duties that are assigned.

Physical Requirements

This job requires heavy lifting, crawling, pulling, bending, reaching, and constant use of your hands. It requires significant physical strength and stamina. Good hearing and vision are required. You must be able to pass a drug test to be hired.
