Lewis Environmental is seeking dependable, safety-focused Industrial Pressure Washing Technicians to join our overnight operations team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to perform industrial cleaning and pressure washing services on fuel islands, concrete surfaces, fuel pads, canopies, and trash enclosures.

This position involves working with commercial-grade pressure washing and cleaning equipment, traveling to job sites throughout the region, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in environmental services, construction, general labor, or industrial cleaning.

This is an overnight position with typical work hours between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, although schedules may vary based on customer and project needs.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform industrial pressure washing and cleaning services at commercial and industrial customer locations.

· Clean fuel islands, fuel pads, concrete surfaces, canopies, trash enclosures, and related site facilities.

· Operate commercial and industrial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently.

· Travel to customer locations and work on projects requiring overnight stays and extended travel assignments.

· Follow all company, client, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.

· Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.

· Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

· Complete assigned work according to quality standards and project timelines.

· Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

· Adhere to all regulations regarding the handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Qualifications Required:

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to work overnight shifts on a regular basis.

· Willingness and ability to travel out of town for extended periods, including multiple weeks at a time and up to 2-3 months throughout the year based on business needs.

· Must be clean-shaven to comply with respirator safety requirements.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to safety, accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.

· Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in industrial cleaning, pressure washing, environmental services, construction, landscaping, or general labor.

· Experience operating or towing enclosed trailers

· OSHA safety training or other industry-related certifications

· Experience working around commercial fueling facilities, industrial sites, or outdoor maintenance environments.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform manual labor for extended periods.

· Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and otherwise challenging weather conditions.

· Ability to work in confined spaces when required.

· Ability to wear respiratory protection and other required PPE.

· Ability to travel and work in varying environmental conditions.

· Comfortable working around moderate noise levels and industrial equipment.
