Job description

Nan and Company Properties is looking for newly licensed agents to be apart of a Top Producer Team. Ideal candidates will be polished business professionals who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. This individual must be driven and have the passion to go above and beyond.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with Contracts
  • Provide assistance with social media
  • Be available for accompanied showings
  • Be responsible for signs pick up and drop off as needed
  • Know how to operate a lock box
  • Dropping off/picking up checks
  • Assist in preparation for meetings
  • Help with organizing/hosting events and or open houses
  • Prepare Holiday cards as needed
  • Administrative work
  • Meeting with contractors, photographers, inspectors etc.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Real Estate License Required
  • Independent and self-motivated with commitment to personal growth
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Bilingual (Optional)
