As the Compensation Support Specialist, you will report to the Supervisor, Producer Compensation and will be responsible for providing compensation service and support to Kestra Financial Professionals.
What You'll Do
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
  • Comply with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff.
  • Research compensation issues, process corrections and provide resolution.
  • Respond to email inquiries from producers and document them in Footprints.
  • Coordinate with our Accounting department to process commission advances and charge backs.
  • Train and assist producers on compensation, producer website, reporting and other tools.
  • Meet our team's established service levels.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Individuals should have the following skills and abilities.
  • Must be able to perform duties accurately and timely
  • Must demonstrate corporate mission statement and advisor first culture
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be able to read, analyze and code compensation statements.
  • Must become proficient with the use of vendor(s) and internal programs and software within 30 days of hire including but not limited to BRACS, Salesforce and Advisor Complete.
  • Must exhibit good problem-solving skills, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • May be required to work overtime, as necessary
  • High School Graduate required
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • 1+ years equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred

Internal Application Policy:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
