Telehealth Psychiatrist - Compact License Needed or (UT/ID) MindCareis a leading provider of round-the-clocktelepsychiatryand in-person behavioral health that provides services to hospitals, emergency departments and a variety of other care settings. We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end behavioral health solutions that combine evidence-based care pathways, advanced technology, and high-quality providers. We are currently seeking a part-time (20 weekly hours) Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our clients located in Idaho and Utah (PHP / IOP).

Compensation: $175/hour Position Summary: MindCare will assist in the cost to get licensed in both UT/ID (if you have a compact license) Position is for up20hours of telepsychiatry for PHP and IOP in Idaho Respond immediately to consult requests received during a scheduled shift Evaluate and treat patients referred for the assessment and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, behavioral health disorders, and comorbid conditions. Provide recommendations for assessment, treatment, and monitoring including prescribing medications within limits of applicable State law and following appropriate standards of care Achieve the following average encounter times with patients (excluding necessary time to complete documentation): Initial Psychiatric Evaluations : 60 minutes follow-up psychiatric treatment: 30 minutes Benefits: Other opportunities within the organization Flexible spending account 401K with 2% match 1:3 Malpractice Coverage Company paid life insurance (FTE only) Voluntary life, short/long-term disability (FTE only) Positive work environment/culture Company Paid Holidays (FTE only) PTO (FTE only) Qualifications: Active full and unrestricted medical compact license in any state Preference to licenses in UT and/or ID Board Certified or Eligible (within 1 year of residency completion) in Psychiatry Valid and unrestricted DEA
