What is a top producer?

A Top Producer is typically a high-performing employee, often in sales or real estate, who consistently achieves or surpasses performance targets and is recognized as one of the best in their field. In real estate, a Top Producer is an agent or broker who completes a high volume of transactions or generates significant revenue.
