Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, phone outreach, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct insurance policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Generate quotes and present customized insurance options.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and current clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the agency management system.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • Life & Health License preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating new business.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
