Commission Earnings opportunity of $60,000 to $120,000+

As Professional Sales Associate (Home Comfort Advisor), you are a key member of our team who proactively generates residential and commercial sales and nurtures client relationships. You will be responsible for visiting residential homes to determine their HVAC needs and make the appropriate recommendations for system replacement or indoor air quality upgrades. You will also be responsible for building relationships with office buildings, commercial buildings and multi-family complexes for annual maintenance, service and replacement of equipment.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities

Deliver world-class service and experience for our customers
Generate a sales lead funnel: inbound and outbound
In-person and phone-based meetings to determine customer needs and upgrade opportunities
Build relationships with property managers and commercial real estate landlords
Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls
Use technology to perform heat gain/loss load calculations, among other measurements
Input work orders and ensure it gets scheduled and procured as scoped
Attend weekly Aire Serv coaching & development sessions.
Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented attitude and contribute to continuous improvements
Job Requirements:

Motivated with a professional appearance and stellar personality is a must!
Expected minimum annual sales generated to be $500,000
Prior HVAC industry experience is preferred
Prior in-home sales experience preferred
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent communication and social skills
Good organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
Benefits:

$25,000 annual base salary plus commission on sales generated
Commission package of gross sales generated on residential homes
Commission package of gross profit on light commercial sales and multi-family apartment complexes
Eligible for sign-on bonus after completing 90 days with the company
5 days of paid time off the first year with increases each year, plus paid holidays
