• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and understand clients’ mental health challenges, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and structured interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.
• Provide individual therapy sessions that focus on the client's specific needs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, consistently reviewing and adjusting these goals in accordance with their progress and feedback.
• Offer teletherapy options to clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility issues, effectively integrating technology to enhance care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, utilizing electronic health record systems to uphold ethical and regulatory standards required for our practice.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training aimed at refining your clinical skills and staying updated on industry best practices.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing effective management of caseloads and related administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health counseling, particularly with a diverse client demographic, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic methodologies.
• Involvement in interdisciplinary teams or collaborative settings.
