• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform your treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of clients while regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to client preferences.
• Deliver teletherapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality care for those who may have difficulty accessing in-person sessions.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to enhance your therapeutic techniques and keep up with emerging trends in mental health.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Infinity Wellness Center, you will work with a broad range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and growth, allowing clients to explore their difficulties and develop coping strategies.

• A current and valid license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward clients, emphasizing empathy and understanding.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous clinical experience in a therapy setting, particularly within a community health framework.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including varying socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural experiences.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
