Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads

Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (40+ items/month)

Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up



Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Active Property & Casualty License *Required*

1+ year of P&C Insurance Sales, commissioned based role *Required*

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

Strong communication and closing skills


Preferred Qualifications

Insurance sales experience (Allstate, State Farm, or similar)

College degree

Competitive background (sports, sales, or similar)
