Compensation & Benefits


Base Salary: $35,000-$40,000 (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and other P&C insurance products.

Work remotely with established Allstate Agencies that need experienced sales support.

Quickly adapt to different agency workflows and CRM systems.

Build rapport with prospects and confidently overcome objections.

Consistently meet and exceed production goals.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance.



Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*

Minimum 2 years of Allstate sales experience preferred OR 3+ years with another carrier

Will consider candidates with 3+ years of successful Property & Casualty insurance sales experience from another carrier or independent agency

Proven ability to consistently close 40-50+ new business items per month (Must provide proof of sales)

Strong closing skills with a results-driven mindset

Self-starter who requires minimal supervision

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office

Proven successful remote work history
