As the Head of Executive Recruiting, you will lead the strategy and execution of our executive hiring efforts, partnering directly with senior leadership to deliver exceptional talent aligned to our business goals and values. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling Lennar’s executive recruiting function.

You will define the vision, establish best-in-class processes, and deliver top leadership talent across the enterprise—all while leveraging data, market insights, and modern recruiting practices.
