Outstanding opportunity for results-driven Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to busy top executive in a fulfilling environment.ย 


YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • 5 - 10 years' experience supporting "C" level executives in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Advanced writing skills and communication skills.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving, prioritizing, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, meet deadlines, and provide the highest level of client service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.


YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

  • Primary point of contact for President's office and liasion with board, senior management, and partners.
  • Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversee special projects.
  • Balance multiple priorities.
