You will design, implement,govern, and administration of ECP which will help attract

retain and motivate top talent to join or stay with this organization!

You will partner with SR leadership and all departments and outside advisors to deliver

top Executive reward Programs for the organization!!

Executive Compenstion,Equity and Share Plan Admin,Global Mobility, Governance and Continuous Improvement..

Must have's

BS or equivalent combination of education and experience CIPD qualification preferred

HRIS platforms, Compensation Management systems a mus

Hay Job Evaluation methodology, MS OFFICE

A minimum of 10 years

BONUS up to 30% of annul Salary

Depending on Location New York ot Massachusetts will be offered Base on cost of living.
