Job/Practice Description:

  • Urologist
  • Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
  • Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
  • Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
  • Group with surgical and robotics expertise 
  • Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
  • Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
  • 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
  • No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
  • Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
  • Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
  • Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
  • Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
  • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
  • Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
  • Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
  • Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
  • Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
