ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and evergreen roles.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and long-term talent community development.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines focused on leadership, project management, accounting, finance, and succession-critical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively develop candidate pipelines.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state and local employment laws.
  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote the employer as an employer of choice.
  • Develop recruitment content

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruiting, or a related field. Experience working in a top executive recruiting firm is a plus.
  • Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for leadership, accounting/finance, and specialized positions.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern recruiting technologies.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative partnership skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices.
