Job description

As the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, you will serve as a critical support resource, managing a broad range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow for the organization's top executive. This solo role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate activities seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
  • Handle communications with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare, edit, and manage executive documents and correspondence
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide project support as needed to advance executive initiatives
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee expense reporting and reimbursements
  • Coordinate office operations to support executive activities

Preferred Qualifications
