RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Start-Finish of new and repair tooling
  • Fabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Preventative maintenance of molds
  • Repairs and modifications of existing tooling
  • Coordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departments
  • Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making
  • Operational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Extremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of .0002 tolerance
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong math skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
  • Requires good visual and audio acuity
  • Must be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will train
