Job description

Job Title: 2nd & 3rd Shift Injection Mold Operator
Location: Palmer, MA
Pay: $16–$20/hour
Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Injection Mold Operators for both 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in Palmer, MA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Shift Availability:
  • 2nd Shift
  • 3rd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection molding machines and monitor production
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Trim, sort, and package finished materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Injection molding experience is a plus (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Good attendance and work ethic
