Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing regular preventive maintenance on equipment used in a manufacturing setting of injection molding to ensure the successful operation of production.

Job Position Responsibilities:

ยท Performing preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, including but not limited to greasing, oiling, and wiping down machines.

ยท Inspecting and checking equipment for leaks.

ยท Assist with troubleshooting techniques and procedures with injection molding machines.

ยท Assist with repair procedures for injection molding machines and assembly.

ยท Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety regulations.

ยท Any other tasks that may be necessary to meet the production schedule in a safe and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

Experience with machine setup, operation and basic troubleshooting.

Knowledge of injection molding machines preferred โ€“ Van Dorn knowledge a big plus.
