Job description

Custom Automated Plastic Systems®, known as C.A.P.S., Inc., is the industry leader in designing and manufacturing injection molded dispensing closures and custom plastic packaging. Founded in 1981, C.A.P.S. Inc. is celebrating over 40 years of success in the plastics industry. As we continue to grow as a company, we have an immediate opening for a Mold Setup Technician at our Bridgeton facility.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay range depends on experience.

Job Duties
  • Responsible for installation and removal of molds
  • Setup all auxiliary equipment for mold changes
  • Able to perform maintenance/cleaning to the screw and barrel, as needed
  • Mold maintenance including cleaning and insert changeovers
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk throughout full shift
  • Willingness to be trained to drive a forklift
  • Able to obtain a Class E driver’s license
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
