Job Summary
We are seeking someone with plastic injection mold repair experience to join our team! As a mold repair and tool and die , you will be tearing down molds, helping assess the damage.  The repairs could involve welding, hand work, class A polishing, bluing for seal off and reassembly to meet current manufacturing needs. You will also be maintaining the integrity of the equipment you use, making minor repairs to keep everything running, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate works well in a team and has previous experience in a Tool & Die environment.

Responsibilities 
  • The safety and use of a crane
  • Tearing down molds and reassembly
  • Repair issues on the molds, which involve some welding, polishing and seal off
  • Follow all company regulations to maintain a safe, efficient work environment
Qualifications
  • Use of cranes, welding, polishing and seal off on large molds/tools in a Tool & Die environment  
  • Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing tools to perform proper maintenance and upkeep of tools/molds
