Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform all mold service activities including lockout, dissemble, clean and assembly molds, perform connections, use mold set-up sheets
  • Train and assist in mold set-ups.
  • Adjust systems, switches, safety and pressures; properly connect power, knockout and core sequence.
  • Perform Total Productive Maintenance tasks and Lockout/tag out process on injection molding machinery
  • Perform 6s duties assigned or as needed
  • Perform start-ups, set-ups and shutdowns
  • Communicate well with associates, coordinators, suppliers and customers
