Injection Molding Supervisor

Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $65,000-$75,000/year
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production, supporting employees, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing and strong leadership skills in a production environment.

Responsibilities
