Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday) — Manufacturing
Plainfield, IN | Weekend Shift, Fri–Sun 6:00am-6:00pm | $20.00/hour
About the Role
Join the team behind some of the top-rated football helmets in the game, protecting athletes from Pee-Wee to the Pros. As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you’ll run state-of-the-art 750-ton injection molding presses and integrated robots to produce helmet shells — full training provided, no injection molding experience required to start. This role is on a weekend shift, Friday through Sunday.
What You'll Do
  • Safely and efficiently operate injection molding presses and robots to produce football helmet shells and related plastic components
  • Load resin, clean hoppers, and weigh & count parts to keep production running smoothly
  • Follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet high quality standards and protect athlete safety
  • Keep your work area safe and organized to support efficient production
  • Speak up right away about any issues, problems, or safety concerns
  • Pitch in on other duties as assigned, including training and safety committee participation
What You Bring
  • Previous experience operating industrial machinery
  • Plastic injection molding experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Willingness to earn forklift certification and hold a valid driver’s license (training provided)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and production goals
