Injection Molding Machine Operator

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift | 8:30 a.m. โ€“ 5:00 p.m. |

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering competitive pay and a stable day shift with no weekend work.

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and professional technician who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of injection molding and process technician experience, is adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and has a proven ability to handle complex tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will:

  • Set up, start-up, shut down, and tear down molds on various injection molding machines
  • Load processes into machines and ensure correct operation
  • Inspect parts per customer specifications, trim, and package as required
  • Maintain machines and auxiliary equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner
  • Ensure production follows approved procedures and quality standards
  • Report accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage promptly
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Conduct minor repairs, adjust molds, and change inserts
  • Monitor assigned processes and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Interface with methods, tooling, maintenance, warehouse, and quality control teams
  • Verify tooling, instructions, and materials prior to use
  • Promote safety, quality, and environmental awareness
  • Minimize scrap through process enhancements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet company objectives
