Job description

Overview:

Holland Sharpe is looking to add experienced plastic injection molding set-up technicians to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a plastic injection molding facility, or have previous plastics manufacturing experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Change over the molds and tooling on injection molding machines
  • Set up injection molding pressesto run parts.
  • Manage and troubleshoot between 12-24 injection molding machines, ensuring they are running parts properly.
  • Clean dies after running, ensuring high quality parts for other shifts
  • Work with hydraulic, electric and magnetic clamps

SHIFT:

  • 3rd: 11pm to 7:30am

PAY:

  • $23.68 – $26.64 (Based on Experience)

You should be proficient in:

  • Injection Molding Experience
  • Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
  • Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • Injection Molding Machine (Engel, Sumitomo)
