Job Description The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO The Location: Palo Alto, CA (5 Days Onsite) Compensation: $150,000-$190,000 Base Salary DOE Industry: AI start-up An exceptionally well-funded, Series B AI company is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. Backed by some of the most respected names in technology and venture capital, this organization is at the forefront of cutting-edge AI research, developing world models that will transform the way humans interact with technology across robotics, enterprise, and consumer applications. Founded by a proven entrepreneur with a successful track record of building and exiting companies, the organization is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring the executive operates at peak efficiency while helping drive seamless communication and execution across the organization. As the Executive Assistant, you will: Manage a complex, ever-changing executive calendar and prioritize competing demands. Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and logistics with exceptional attention to detail.

Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items while driving accountability across stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external partners, exercising professionalism and discretion.

Build trusted relationships across the organization to facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration. Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create structure in a rapidly evolving environment. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and sound judgment.

The ideal candidate will have: An experienced Executive Assistant who has supported senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Highly polished, articulate, and confident communicating with executives, investors, and cross-functional partners. Exceptionally organized with the ability to create order amidst ambiguity.

Able to build credibility quickly while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure. Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, high-performance culture. Experience in startups, venture capital, or technology is highly desirable.
