Position Overview
Are you a tech-forward researcher who geeks out on AI tools, automation workflows, and finding the people everyone else can't? We're looking for a Market Intelligence – Executive Recruiting Researcher to join our executive search team — and help us raise the bar on how talent research gets done.
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data, technology, and human intelligence. You'll use AI-driven sourcing tools (think ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo), build automated workflows, and own the end-to-end candidate research process across multiple high-impact executive searches. No two days look the same, and the right person will love it that way.
What you'll do:
- Map markets and identify top executive talent using AI-enhanced sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline candidate discovery and CRM data flow
- Develop long and short lists based on client search strategies and position profiles
- Surface market intelligence, compensation insights, and diversity outreach strategies
- Partner with recruiters and clients to refine targets and present research findings
What you bring:
- 3+ years of research or sourcing experience, ideally in executive search or talent intelligence
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and AI sourcing platforms
- Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills and data management chops
- ATS/CRM experience (PCRecruiter a plus)
- A genuine curiosity for testing emerging tools and making the process smarter
