Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is a key member of the HR Team. Their responsibilities include preparing and administering onboarding documentation and processing through the company's HRIS. They will also assist with updated employee records, benefits, payroll, and employee safety initiatives. To be successful in this role, the HR Coordinator should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting efforts for hospitality roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding coordination
  • Manage candidate information and requisitions using applicant tracking systems and internal tools
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with hospitality service standards
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute recruitment directives accurately and efficiently
  • Updates employee records with new hire information, I-9 verification, license, certifications, and trainings
  • Assist with job postings, career events, and recruitment marketing initiatives for job boards and internally.
  • Maintains accurate employee files, audits data in ADP, Toast, and 7Shifts
  • Assist the payroll department with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Ensures employee documents are updated and recorded accurately
  • Processes employees' queries and responds in a timely manner
