THE JOB
Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to support the ticket operations team for its marquee-promoted shows at third-party venues. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and the ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships with senior executives, partners, and clients at all levels of the organization.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Support day-to-day ticketing operations for Live Nation promoted events across assigned venues and markets.
  • Monitor ticket sales activity and prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and inventory updates for distribution to booking, ticketing, and operational stakeholders.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze ticket inventory data across multiple ticketing platforms to support event management and reporting efforts.
  • Manage internal ticket order requests for Live Nation promoted events, ensuring accurate processing, tracking, fulfillment, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with daily financial reconciliation activities, reporting processes, and departmental recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Live Nation ticketing teams, local promoters, Ticketmaster representatives, venue box offices, and third-party ticketing partners.
  • Support event setup activities by coordinating with venue box offices and ticketing partners to establish event configurations, manage ticket holds, process orders, and facilitate ticket releases.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of events to ensure accurate event setup, pricing, inventory allocation, seating configurations, and customer-facing information.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing records, documentation, and operational files in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all Live Nation ticketing initiatives, operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide onsite event support as needed, assisting with box office operations, ticketing-related issues, and stakeholder requests.
  • Assist Ticketing Managers, Senior Ticketing Managers, and Directors with special projects, reporting requests, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in ticketing operations, box office administration, event operations, entertainment, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster systems and ticket operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, venue partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business applications.
  • Ability to learn ticketing systems, reporting tools, and operational processes quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, follow through on assignments, and manage responsibilities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business and event needs.
  • Willingness to work onsite and provide event support when required.

The expected compensation for this position is:
