Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the reservation system.
  • Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests.
  • Show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Multitask.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Victory Casino Cruises Handbook.
  • Scheduling will vary according to business needs.
  • Be available to work weekends as needed.
  • Be flexible with working holidays.
  • Field inbound guest service phone support.
  • Be aware of all rates, packages and special promotions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Some holiday shifts are required.

  • Light Work, exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally.
