Paramus Hyundai is looking for a BDC Internet Sales Representative.
Prior dealership experience is required, Excellent communication and computer skills are also required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and interact with customers via phone, text, email and in person, in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and manage appointments via inbound and outbound calls, text, email and in person.
  • Confirm appointments prior to scheduled date.
  • Respond to customer concerns and/or problems.
  • Provide an "exceptional" experience for all customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the highest rating in Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
