Job description

We need a detail-focused, fast-paced Data Entry Clerk for a hybrid role based near Mount Laurel, NJ. You will pull, sort, and process high volumes of application data into our central database. Handling sensitive client and business information requires strict adherence to privacy rules and security protocols. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Data Extraction & Input: Pull information accurately from digital and physical applications, forms, and source documents into internal databases and spreadsheets. 
  • High-Volume Processing: Manage large batches of daily records efficiently to meet strict turnaround times and service level goals. 
  • Confidentiality & Security: Handle private, personal, or financial application data with high integrity; follow all data protection and privacy rules.
  • Verification & Auditing: Review applications for missing pieces, typos, or errors; cross-check numbers and text against original source files before finalizing entries. 
  • Record Management: Organize, index, and digitally file processed documents; perform routine data backups and cleanups as required. 


Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or high-volume document processing.
  • Technical Skills: Fast, accurate typing speed (minimum 50–60 WPM) and strong comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database software.
