Tom Clark Autopark is growing our Business Development Center and hiring two full-time BDC Representatives. We are a newer dealership with exciting momentum, a fresh energy, and a fun, team-oriented work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well by phone, and wants a career with real growth potential in automotive sales.

In this role, you will connect with customers by phone, email, and text, help set and confirm appointments, and support our sales team by making sure every customer gets a fast, professional response. If you are organized, driven, positive, and ready to be part of a growing team, we want to meet you.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Contact customers by phone, email, and text
  • Schedule and confirm showroom appointments
  • Follow up with missed appointments and work to reschedule them
  • Log customer activity and maintain accurate notes in VinSolutions CRM
  • Complete daily CRM tasks so no customer is missed
  • Send personalized email and text follow-up
  • Work closely with the Internet Sales team and managers to maximize opportunities
  • Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience on every interaction
