Job description

Busy Gastroenterology office located close to Baptist Hospital in Kendall and Homestead Hospital is looking for Motivated, experienced individuals to join our team. Working knowledge of EClinical Works a plus. Able to travel to both locations.

Position require minimum 2 years Medical receptionist/ Insurance verification/ Authorization / Excellent Customer service / Team Player.

Bilingual English / Spanish a MUST

Job Description: Front desk / Medical Receptionist / Secretary

Answering and directing a high volume of calls (multiple lines)
Schedule and coordinate appointments and medical care in and out of the office
Verify insurance and Obtain all necessary Authorizations
Patient welcome and registration
Medical Records and filing
General Office Duties including Emailing, Faxing, and Scanning

Working knowledge of EClinical Works a plus but we will train.

Job Requirements:
Confident with computer programs and technology
Excellent customer service personality
Excellent at oral and written communication
Ability to multitask and work under stressful situations
Fluent in English and Spanish
Drug free Environment
High School degree or equivalent
