The Clinical Research Associate will work at the Mind & Brain Health Labs (MBHL, Department of Neurological Sciences) with the principal investigator and research team to coordinate, develop, and conduct clinical research projects aimed at improving patient health, disease treatment, and quality of life in individuals who are aging or have neurological, psychiatric, physiologic, or other medical disorders.
Will assist with clinical research projects from start to finish to support successful communication, coordination, regulatory and protocol compliance, and work across a diverse, multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.

Preferred Experience:
1. Reasonable (1-3 years) experience in social, cognitive, or health science lab
experience is desired, including experience with data collection, recruitment and
conducting of studies with research participants.
2. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Access, Excel, and
Powerpoint) and Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat is preferred.
3. Experience and background in the administration of cognitive and
neuropsychological tests is preferred.
4. Experience working with elderly and patient populations is preferred.
5. Experience with general programming languages (e.g., Python, shell scripting) or statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, MATLAB) is preferred.
6. Basic knowledge of statistics is preferred.
7. Electrical, mechanical, or computer troubleshooting skills are preferred.
