This position drives a major initiative within CHRI called Nebraska GROWN; a state-wide, multi-year pediatric cancer cohort study. This position will lead project planning and resource assignment, drive forward progress of key study deliverables, guide other team members assigned to Nebraska GROWN, and deliver actionable metrics and status reports to CHRI leadership.
Oversee day to day operations of the Nebraska GROWN research study, to include study activation milestones, recruitment and retention, study operations and logistics, and study budget and financial resources. Define timelines and deliverable targets, and deploy resources to achieve them. Provide adequate oversight of study activities and staff to ensure compliant and accurate progress on this clinical research study. Plan and direct the biobanking and databanking efforts of Nebraska GROWN, to include implementation of biobank request handling procedures and tracking.

Preferred Experience:
Experience related to healthcare, laboratory, or clinical research with patient-facing responsibilities is strongly preferred. Previous exposure to large observational cohort research is strongly preferred. REDcap expertise strongly preferred.
