Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Scanner to manage and ensure the accuracy of medical records. The primary responsibilities include scanning charts, indexing, performing quality checks, and managing demographic information through Onbase and EPIC systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Scan and index medical records in the work queue, managing them through EPIC.
  • Conduct quality checks and verify the accuracy of new and old medical records.
  • Prepare charts for next-day scanning and perform task pivots as needed.
  • Efficiently handle approximately 2,000 images daily.

Qualifications
  • Background in medical records is required.
  • Experience with paper medical records.
  • Proficiency with technology is essential.
  • Experience with the Onbase system is preferred.

Skills
  • Technical proficiency with medical records systems Onbase and EPIC.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
