  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in data entry, database administration, or administrative operations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume data entry environments.
  • Proficiency with standard office software applications.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in higher education advancement, nonprofit development, or alumni relations.
  • Experience working with fundraising CRM systems, particularly Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
Enter and update constituent biographical data including names, addresses, phone and email addresses, employment information, and relationships. Process updates received through returned mail, event registration, internal requests and external data sources. Maintain accurate and standardized constituent records in accordance with established data entry protocols.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
Performs high-volume data entry, record updates, and duplicate resolution while adhering to institutional data standards and advancement data governance policies. The role supports the operational needs of Gift Services and collaborates with Advancement staff to maintain reliable constituent information for fundraising and reporting purposes.
