A DAY IN THE LIFE

Actively involved inthefullrecruitmentcyclefrom initiatinghire requisitionsthrough employment offersand onboarding.Ensuresall positions are filledin alignment with company culture, andin a timely manner.The Recruiter will handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor marketcomplexity.This will be a temporary position for roughly 6 months.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position.
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resourcesor a related field; or equivalentcombinationsof experience and education.
  • TwoyearsHRsourcing andfull cyclerecruitment experience.Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).

$30.02 - $43.53 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
